Yo, whatupdoe people, this is Ro back like I never left.  Shout out to MarvWon, of the Legendary Fat Killaz.  If you don’t know who he is, get ya google on.  Yo, we have arrived at this update bearing heat for the streets.  We’re back with G-Shock, and more new In4Mation Tees.  First I’ll Start with the G-Shocks.  We just got in these super crispy boys, Oh Lord!!!  Black, Red, & White for the fellas, and some more Baby G-Shocks for the Ladies.  Ladies, don’t sleep, or you might get slept on, Lol.  The sleeper for the fellas is the Black G-Lide.  We call that joint the Dath Vader, this is a must see in person.  Of course the red & the white are off the charts too.

Ladies, like I said, don’t sleep on these Baby G-Shocks, we’re doing a test run to see how the ladies jump on them.  The Fellas are biting like Mosquitos in the summer time at a backyard barbeque on a saturday night and you forgot your off spray.  The sleeper for the ladies is the gold one with the leopard band.  I said Le-perd!!! 

Now, on to the In4Mation tees.  These tees raise a lot of eyebrows, but that’s what streetwear does, if done properly.  It get’s people talking and thinking.  The average person may look at these tees and say they are reckless, some may say they are borderline genius.  We have both shirts in Men & women.  I’ll explain the first one.  The first one just shows a picture of a bloody nose with powder, and a mouth.  Some people may look at this and say that it promotes drug use, but on the sleeve it says, “Blow Blows”.  Sick!!!

So actually it promotes Anti Drug Use.  Next we have the tee that has Kate Moss hanging from a cross.  Now some people may take this as blasphemy, or it’s just completely out of pocket, but at the bottom it says, “Thou Shall Not Adore False Idols”.  Dope!!!  People get caught up in TV wonderland, and TMZ, putting these average people with decent talent on a pedestal.  Get a grip on reality people. 

Alright people, I only have a couple of updates in my Outro this time, but they’re Massive.  First is the Super Duper Ultimate Grand Customer Appreciation Sale and Party this weekend.  Thursday thru Sunday We are having a big sale.  It’s the Summer Clearance & Customer Appreciation Sale, It’s gonna be big, and I would get into detail, but just check out the flyer.  This also goes for Phone orders, and internet sales.

Then we have the Customer appreciation party at Oslo sushi bar and club in Detroit on Friday, the 27th.  Sounds by the world famous Dj Mo Beats…”OH BABY!!!”  So if you are in town, come party with the flyest store ever in the world, yeah I said it, in the WORLD!!!  We’re gonna have give aways, prizes, drink specials, all the local celebrities that you could shake a stick at, and it’s 18 & up.  Mos might even show up, you know he’s the biggest local celebrity. Lol.  Oh and don’t forget it’s SNEAKERS ONLY!!!  Once again SNEAKERS ONLY!!!  No hard bottoms, slippery earls, or casual boys. 

Last but not least, I wanna shout out my mans Big Shan.  We Maejor entertainment.  We like to support those that support us ya dig.  My dude is hot, he gets it in & got crazy go!  I can’t even call him local talent cause this dude is everywhere, he’s just from here.  His mixtape “The Shanimal” is hot, and it just dropped, and guess where you can get it?  Yes indeed, Burn Rubber.  It’s some heavy hitters on there.  Of course Bei Maejor, Big Sean, Wright Traxx, & Mike Posner to name a few.  I missed out on being on it, but look for the remix to I’m a winner with me on it, it’ll prolly be on the BR mixtape, and Big Sean’s mixtape.  I got to the studio late that day, LOL!!!  Come purchase a copy from Burn Rubber, support your own, ya dig.

What’s good world… we have another update! We just got a new shipment of sneakers in. For the men we just got in a new pair of Nike Dunk High Premiums. This pair is gray with horse hair on the back panel and you can never go wrong with the gum sole. We have had two other color ways in this same style of dunk and sold like crazy! Don’t sleep on these! (We tell you this all the time but some people never learn) Adidas has also just sent us another pair of the limited Streetball. This shoe was the style featured in Lemar and Dauley x Adidas collaboration that we had earlier this year.

For the ladies we have two pairs of shoes that have already started generating excitement in the shop! First we have a pair Nike Blazers reminiscent of the Nike SB Fly Milk Blazers. Next, we have another pair of Nike Outbreaks. This is probably the best color way to come into the shop!

Most of you already know we have another highly anticipated Jordan Release comming up this Friday @ Midnight! We will be releasing the 7/16 package! Much like the 6/17 pack this is very limited so is you want a chance to get a pair you must get to the shop early!

If you have been on Hypebeast, Highsnobiety, or Cliffskighwalker.blogspot.com lately you may have seen the feature done on a brand called TBG. TBG is a brand that has been around since the early 90’s. The line has been featured in a lot of the videos from HIP-HOP’s golden era. The line was rocked in the past by Ice Cube, Mary J Blige, Public Enemy and a host of others. This is definitely a line to check for! The line was created for the thinking man and is filled with pieces that will make you think.

We have some new hats that have  just arrived from our friends at Rocksmith. The detail on these is crazy! This delivery included the Crooked R, New Money, and Kool Moe D New Eras’. Enjoy!

We have been receiving calls and emails like crazy about some the Casio G-Shocks the we have had recently! We have just received a re-up of some of the G-shocks that we sold out of and we also got in some new ones. Don’t sleep these are going to go fast!

Moving on… here at Burn Rubber we like to support local and up and comming business we have recently received a shipment of T-shirts and Hoodies from a Birmingham based clothing company called “Purple Gang.” They have also just released some press photos featuring G.O.O.D. Music Recording Artist “Big Sean”. If you get a chance come and check out what “Purple Label” has going on here at the shop.

Finally, we have a big announcement to make. On August 14th, 2008, Burn Rubber Sneaker Boutique in association with The Public Media Group will be bringing you a night of classic Hip-Hop with sounds being provided by the one and only Brooklyns’ Finest Talib Kweli! Most of you have heard him on the radio but this time he is not coming to spit for us. This will be his premier performance as a DJ.

What it izzy?! We’re back with another quick update for y’all from In4mation, Casio, and an important announcement for Jordan.

We got a couple new Womens’ and Mens’ Tees in from In4mation.  Very very dope…check them out….

Also, if you’ve seen the last minute, we got our first shipments from Casio.  Now, we just got it the Casio G-Shock X In4mation collab. Dope colorway and a great watch to compliment whatever you’re rocking…

That Wraps up the update.  Oh, before I forget, we will be having a Midnight Release Friday Night/Saturday Morning for the Jordan V Fusion in the white/black/red colorway.  One of the coldest thus far.  Come through to Burn Rubber and avoid waking up early in the morning!

It’s $7 for the 21+ and #10 for the 18+. If you’re not up on MichiganHipHop.com, it’s a site dedicated to the Hip Hop scene in Michigan (and run by MOS).

Whatupdoe world, this is a very quick update. We want to introduce a classic brand into BR. We bring in Casio which means we bring in G-Shock. We have a couple different colors, with more to come. The navy blue joint is a killer, but don’t sleep on the camo boy. Check the pics.
